here we go, let's try this! I chose 4 pics to showcase the wonderful time on 3-28.
here I am with what was my biggest, but since I didn't buy a net and had to walk it over to the bank for my son, it got off right before my wife got it's shot.http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll194/pikerhoss/hookedup.jpg

We tried to fish together, but he quickly learned that we won't catch near as many fish with him fishing. So my son gave up trying to catch 'em and played the role of releaser.
(I think he should grow up and work for the DNR!)

Great pics...that first one in particular is pretty cool. I wish I had a "designated photographer"...it would make for easier and better pictures.
You mentioned that these were taken on 28 March...were you fishing on Lynn Camp (Tremont area) the day before that? You look similar to the only other fisherman we saw on that stretch of stream.

You said there were pics from Spring Break!!!! Where were the "Girls Gone Wild"
Seriously though...Looks like a great time was had by all! Who needs Cancun when you can spend quality time with the protoge'.
Hat's off to a Great DAD! Hopefully it will sink in and and you won't worry about him growing up and wanting to to Cancun for Spring Break.
Thanks for sharing the trip photos J

ijsouth, that was tremont just not up that far I think. I fished that area on Thursday?...(my days are all messed up!!) You might have seen me around.
I did talk to one feller at Metcalf Bottoms that was with his brother in law, nice guy, I'd like to tell him thanks if he's on here....

Yep, it was a Thursday...we had to leave to get back home from there, so that was our last day of fishing...we stayed a little longer than we should have, and got back real late (about 3AM). It was worth it, though...kept 2 keepers (10 inch and 8 inch), and we lost a few others about that size, and not too many dinks. That stream is the closest one for us to reach - we had better enjoy it now, before it's closed for a number of years.
