Can anyone on here provide a picture of split case nymph? I've been hearing a lot of about, but haven't seen one. I'd like to tie some up for sulphur hatches on the s. holston. If I could just see a picture, I think I could improvise enough to come up with something similar, but a recipe would be helpful too. I've searched the internet and can't find a picture of one anywhere.

MTD somewhere on the above link is a split case type nymph. Even if you can't find it, it is a great web site. My memory may not be right about it either. I have seen it with rafta. I have started using two small bits of krystal flash on the thorax of my soft hackles to simulate a split back. Have a great summer. Enjoy your posts. Sure Knots, Mike

Check the South Holston River Fly Shop, Rod or Matt should be able to put you on some. I've purchase some in there before.
