how has little river been fishing?-- i am coming to gsmnp labor day weekend--

Lauxier,

I haven't been up there for several weeks. That last time I was there was the first week in August and the Little was high and off-color for my first two days at Elkmont. The 3rd day the waters receded and I did pretty well on a tellico nymph starting at the bridge just below the Husky Gap trail. I will probably head to the Park this weekend as well, since we are getting some much needed rain and I have a birthday coming up next week which gives me a good reason to make it an extra long weekend.
