Does Townsend and Gatlinburg stock the streams in town year round or just in Spring and Summer? I will be up their the second week in Feb. and will have my son with me and he has never caught a trout.And I thought a stocker would be a good way for him to start out.

according to the 2008 TWRA guide, it is just in the spring and fall, ending in Oct.
