giant salmonfly

In a previous thread, I was working on a good salmonfly imitation. here is my final product. I constructed it similar to a BC hopper, but altered the proportions and other features to look like a salmonfly instead of a hopper. This fly is right at about 2" long.

Milton, that is D's webwing. LRO carries it. it'll make a killer caddis as well.

Call it the "Loco X", it's nice! I wish I could throw something that big around here. Make my life alot easier at the vice. Makes me wanna move west and master the hopper!
