Little River and Little Pigeon have set flow records today for this date. Little River is at 816 cfs. Little Pigeon is flowing at 1,060 cfs. And a big thunderstorm just arrived.

Yeah, I was gonna TRY and wet a line at Road Prong but even it was blown out.

and to think a week ago I was there fishing it with a dainty little dry fly!
awesome footage. actually pretty scary.
WOW, That is hard to believe, I have crossed that bridge several times and i would have to think twice before going across it then.

I can't believe how much more rain that side of the park is getting than the NC side. Must be why there aren't any fish on the NC side :smile:

Sorry you guys can't fish for a little while, but I'm glad my first week-long trip to the Smokies was last week and not this one! That much water would have sent me into a lack-of-fishing induced shock...
