Leconte Creek

I fished Leconte creek today for the first time, starting around all the facility buildings before the loop. Caught a mix of bows and brooks. Just out of curiosity how far have some of you walked up that creek?? Is it worth bushwacking a mile or so up it?

None of the creeks in the Smokies are worth hiking in to, that's why everyone fishes by the road.
