Little River (Down stream Outta Town)

I was wondering how little river fishes down stream through townsend and even outside of town back towards Maryville. I have only ever fished more towards Gatlinburg inside the Park. I here that there are rock bass and what not in the lower stretches, but how is the trout fishing farther down?

I've caught trout as far down as Heritage high, but this is a by- chance catch. You'll be better served targeting smallmouth and red-eye below townsend through maryville.
