Info Needed On Columbia, SC

We are heading down in March to fish for some Reds/Trout in Charleston, however we would like to fish in Columbia on our way down and back. Does anyone have information on the fishing there. Also, how is the access for wading? Saluda, Congaree, and Broad rivers are some of the rivers I have heard of, but I have little or no information on any of the 3. Thanks for any help on this.
