Tellico River Saturday

I caught 2 very small trout in Tellico River Saturday morning. Most of the folks I talked to were catching small trout. I left about 11:30 as the kayaks were
arriving. Anybody know what those purple boxes hanging in the trees along Tellico River are?

Thanks Silvercreek ! I believe you are right. Emerald Ashborer traps
are purple and triangular !
