Sun wiped from the sky to protect the innocent and avoid the crowds.

Sunday AM. 4 for Seagull, 1 for me. 3 schoolies 5-7#, this one 13#, last one of the day 18#. Would you believe all on a #18 wet Royal coachman!

When they get picky, I like to go drop my tippet size and go down to a #20...

Nice to see some stripers being caught. Hope to make it out in the next couple months and see if I can't catch a few...

Where were you fishing?

A location where they place signs that tell you about the fish you are about to hook into:

VIOLENT SURGES!
DANGEROUS WATER!

Hey Flat,

Seagull was in here today buying some big hooks. He told me about the absence of skipjack. Interesting. I've heard they are in the LT arm of Tellico Lake.

HMMM, they must be up there getting some of that good ol' Mountain DO, and not Dew! Actually our striper count picked up I think after the mystery disappearance of the skipjack. Hard to compete with a threadfin shad pattern vs a Tennessee Tarpon.
