Amicalola Creek

I am heading to north GA in mid July with family. Will have some time to fish. Does anyone have any information/advice about Amicalola Creek (between the steel bridge and I think Highway 53)? Thanks!

I think it would be a waste of time. It's only decent during Georgia's DH which will be closed then.
