View Full Version : Fiscal Cliffs, Creek Banks and Budgets

Have a Happy New Year everyone! No, really. We can do this. Regardless of what it's called, this Bulls Gap boy believes we have gone over a cliff to higher taxes and increased costs. Anyway, for the sake of sanity, come slightly warmer weather you’re probably gonna want to go over the bank of a some new Park stream. However, in light of almost certain significant costs increases for food, healthcare, energy, etc., many, with the exception of Congress of course, will have to adjust our budget. (Gotta keep a “fishing line item”, you know.) With that in mind we have made our Park fishing maps more affordable by 1) Providing a regular paper option to printing on weatherproof. (Heck, if the economy gets much worse we may be forced to crank them out with quill and parchment.) and by 2) Dropping the prices on nearly half of the individual maps, including the weatherproof types. The new price structure is on the basis of "the harder you work to get to the waters, the lower the price you deserve." For more info, please see smokystreams.com/maps/park/index.htm#singles (http://www.smokystreams.com/maps/park/index.htm#singles) .

Finally... for those of you in the US Senate, a budget is... uhhh, never mind.

The new color key for what fish are where on the stream is really nice. It's nice to know how far up to go for the different fish. I also like to fish the overlapping zones where a tiger might be.

Like mountain lions, the only tigers in the park are the ones which were pets released at newfound gap :p
