Hiked down from Clingman's dome road to Nolan Creek Saturday morning. From the time I stepped off the pavement till I stepped back on the pavement I saw no one. By the time I got back Sunday afternoon my legs were warn out. But it was worth it Browns and Bows were very active it's always great when I quit counting how many fish I've caught. No fly seem better than any other Georges nymph did seam to get the most aggressive action but dry or bead head the fish were hungry. Sight fished a really nice brown it would fallow but not take it was a little to smart for me. a I have a few great photos of some nice trout but my computers being uncooperative. Any way it may for a great weekend sabbatical now I just need for my legs to recover.

Nice report, would love to see some pics:smile:

While I haven't done Noland from the top, I have done Deep Creek and Forney, and can relate to your leg pains;).
