View Full Version : Human hair?

Sitting in the barbershop this morning, seeing the clumps of gray hair on the sheet, I wondered if anyone has tried dubbing the stuff?

Secondary question, where did all that gray hair come from?

I am concerned, I think you may need an intervention, you remind me of the married guy this week who gave me his Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, because there were no articles in it this month. I am scared you have become too focused, I suggest more cigars and Makers Mark!

I've used my daughter's hair for a tellico (kinda) nymph. You can see it a few posts down in this section down towards botton of the first page "fun with dubbing" topic.

How cool is that, freak my daughter out and catch fish at the same time - gotta love fly fishing.

Stonefly..........................you need help:biggrin: I tell my wife it's not called grey hair anymore, it's blond. Grey is the new blond:biggrin:

For a few years I insisted it was highlights, but my family held an intervention and forced me to see reality.

I have it on good authority that the cause of hair turning gray is that the hair follicles finally tunnel down through the skull and start leeching out brain cells (also known as "gray matter"). This not only turns your hair gray, but also explains the coincidental memory loss and onset of old-timers' disease.

Of course, I've also been known to blame all my gray hair on my ex-wife. When I married her 30 years ago I didn't have a gray hair on my head!
