Tied these up yesterday. I've seen 'em all around on here, so I tied some. (Sorry for the upside down pic)

Nice! Looks familiar

I think that I would maybe try the bead head in the mornings, and drop the others off a dry fly in the afternoon.

I remember tying the color combo as a joke, but the trout seemed to like them just the same:biggrin:

Have you tried using a red thread and giving it a red head? I heard that trout like the red head on a weenie.

I looked for pink/red thread, but my local fly shop didn't have any. I haven't had time in the past few weeks to get to LRO to restock on my materials.

Ever try using yellow chenille? Smokies trout always seem to have a penchant for yellow but, it seems like everyone uses green or pink.

I haven't tried yellow but it sounds like a good idea. In my experience flies that are slightly different than the rest work better.
