LRO Beginners Class 3/11/06

I can't say enough good things about the beginners class. *The instructors were great (they had learned from experience) , the food was good, and the weather was beautiful. *The class started at 9:00 a.m. We learned a lot of neat things and praticed several different casts. The class ended between 4:00 and 4:30 p.m.. *I decided that I had time to try my luck in the Smokies. *Sure enough, even in the short 40 or so minutes that I was out, I caught my first trout on a fly rod. * :)

Thanks to Byron and all who worked to put on the beginners class! *I would highly recommend it to those starting out.
