Hello to everyone,
I have roamed around this site for a while and decided to become a member. Have been flyfishing scince the mid-80s, cut my teeth on the Hiwassee during college and just fell in love with the sport. I give thanks to my grandfather for leaving me his bamboo rod and automatic reel. I used this outfit for several years until I learned what a "flyshop" was. Have been very fortunate to fish from the Smokies to the mountaihs of Alberta, Canada. New places and challenges are some of the enjoyment of flyfishing to me.
