First of all make sure you have the correct tension on your bobbin so when you tie off everything stays in place. Second of all when you finish the fly, tie it off with half hitch knot. If you don't know to tie one there are several good half hitch tools on the market. My favorite is the Matarelli Half Hitch tool. It''s very simple to use. Lastly after you finish your fly add a drop of head cement to the head. Your flies should stay together after that.
To keep the bead from moving around make sure that the material from your fly is pushing up against the bead. For instance with a wooly bugger wind the chenille up the hook until it is snug against the bead. Tie your fly off, add the head cement and the bead isn't going anywhere.

Probably no chance to repair said fly. Savour the memories of catching any fish with it and put it away in a display case with a caption depeicting a battle with a savage Brown trout or something...
Not to be too cynical but I would either start tying my own or get my flies from another source. A well tyed wooley bugger ought to last quite a while and though quite a few good fish. Make sure you air dry your flys thoroughly before putting away in a fly box...your fly may have dry-rotted.
