Try Rocky Mountain National Park back country.

There are a few stocked lakes in RMNP with Greenbacks. I fished Roaring River on the Estes Park side of RMNP last June and caught a few small ones. They are really beautiful fish. There is a pamplet in RMNP that lists the best spots for finding these jewels.

Late to your reply. My wife and I fished Rocky Mountain Nat Park in early Sept this year. We used a guide but gained a lot of information from 2 books, "Fly fishing Rocky Mountain National Park" another same name but an Anglers guide. Both by Todd Hosman. We caought plenat of Greenbacks, largest around 13-14 inches. This is big for RMNP fishing due to short growing season. There are numerous streams with Greeback, great small stream fishing. Try those 2 books and you will find many places to fish in RMNP and many Greenback. On Roaring river, I probably caught 12-15 and lost at least that many, both dries and nymphs.
Let me know and I will get you the guides name for futre reference.
