I'm sure a nice present would be breaking the 700 benchmark! Not to mentions just a few online orders!
Congrats to the board and it's members

Might be something better than that. Don't forget to check it out.

Happy Birthday LRO message board !!!!!!!!
.....and congradulations to all on the board for helping make this format work, it is a life line of sanity for those of us who live too far away to FF the park and tailwaters of E.TN. on a regular basis. Most of us live vicariously thru your stories until we can make the next trip...............

I second that, although this disease known as small-stream trout fishing is progressing rapidly, requiring more and more "fixes". It's so bad now, I keep thinking of the fish I just missed on the hookset over and over, at least 10 times a day. Now, that's a fever the flu can't match ;)

Thanks alot Byron, Paula, and everyone else at LRO for providing us with such a valuable resource for information accompanied with the friendliness that makes your fly shop the best! The gift certificate goes above and beyond what you had to do and I really appreciate it. Y'all really have a first class business going. Thank you very much and keep up the great work!

Byron, Paula, Daniel, and everyone else at LRO, you all are the best! Talk about going above and beyond...a $5.00 gift certificate!!!!! I know you always are saying how this is our board and all, but IF IT WASN'T FOR YOU, THIS WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE!!!!! Thanks for providing an online community for us to meet and talk about our passion!!!

Thanks to all of you. Without you, I'd probably be working at something that I don't enjoy. We're trying to come up with new and exciting things to make your board more fun. The gift certificate is a new idea. We are also having the board re-designed by a girl in Seattle. She is an expert at large boards, those with thousands of members. Security is our big problem. Keeping spammers out requires better security. Sarah from Seattle will make sure it works without losing any posts. When we opened the store this morning there were 692 members. Now if you look there are 691. That's because our newest member was a spammer. We have to remove them, ban their e-mail and ban their ip address. A message board that grows like this one has becomes a target.
Thanks to all of you and happy birthday to your board.

LRO, thanks for opening the door to the world of FF for me. *I would still be lost if it wasn't for the board and your shop. *
