This coming weekend

I've been watching the board and Byron's fishing report a ton here lately. Some old buddies from my college days are getting together this weekend in the Mountains and a few of us like to fly fish.
I know its gonna be boarderline probably, but what are some of the more likely areas that we may some luck in?

I figure don't head to the upper elevations.

I'm not really familiar with the park, but I have fished Tremont a few times.

If you have some thoughts...it would help. I'll report back how we do. Thanks.

Well it looks like quite a few of us got skunked on Tremont this past weekend. I would probably head over to Metcalf Bottoms and fish anywhere between the Sinks and Metcalf. Or maybe try the flats below Elkmont. I would expect either of these locations to have slightly warmer water so you might see some early hatches if you want to fish dries. Otherwise, plan on stopping by LRO to stock up on nymphs. I have a feeling it's going to be nymph fishing for the next few weeks.
