Name That Bug!

Spotted this little guy (wasn't really all that little) on the roof of my car in the Big Bend Area parking lot at the Hiwasse Sunday afternoon - about 12:30. His body had a very distinct bright orange color to it (GO VOLS!) and his eyes were a distinctive light green. Camera got a pretty good macro of him and now I'm curious as to exactly what he is. We didn't notice them out on the water, though...:confused:
