Anybody work on reel seats?

I have a Diamondback Classic Western 7'9" 3wt.
I like the rod a lot, however it has a sliding band reel seat.
I'd love to get this pulled off and a uplocking reel seat seat put in its place.
Do any of you know anybody that does this kinda of work? Thanks!

There's a guy here in Nashville TN that does rod work, i send something to him weekly.
There's a possibility that you may have to change the grip as well, being the uplocking barrel maybe longer & the hood different, i could be wrong there.
Have you contacted Diamondback about the possibility of them doing it?
