Just a quick note to thank Byron and the staff of LRO for helping make my first "Trout on a fly" adventure (last weekend) a memorable one.
I'd also like to mention the fine hospitality of Docks Motel and the friendly folks I met at "TroutFest".
And I can't forget to thank my Buddy, Shawn, for dragging me down there. I won't mention how I out fished him ;)
My count for the weekend was 15 on the bank, at least as many hooked and lost, and I lost count on the number of strikes. We will not speak of how many trees, rocks and sticks I hooked but I put them all back for other rookies to enjoy! LOL!:biggrin:
If you are thinking of going there, quit thinking and get going. It's hard to beat!
