SMNP trip last part of July

Me and the family are going to be staying up around the light #3 area in Pigeon Forge the last of July. Where if anywhere will there be some quick fishing to be done? I would be up for smallies or trout either one. I just need to know what tackle to pack. I will only be able to go a couple hours of the mornings so hoping there will be something close, I know July will be low water. But I would still love to go.

from light 3, go the henderson chapel road....take down and you will come to, what i think, is river divide. this section of the little pigeon is a smallie area. not but 10 minutes from light 3.
