Elk on Friday

I may be headed up to fish the Elk on Friday.........

Anyone know the generation schedule?

It will be my last Friday off before school starts....

There hasn't been a generation schedule to speak of for a while. I can't remember the last time they ran a generator down there.
I will tell you this though...I talked with the guy who owns the fly shop down there in Lynchburg (Tim's Flies and Lies) and he said it has been fishing pretty good. Said he caught over 80 fish in an eight hour day (good days work).

There's a lot of growth on the bottom of the river now...but I think the bite has been good.

Started down there myself Monday...but went to the Caney instead.

Good luck and let us know how you did...the wife's got a "ladies event" Sunday so I could be headed that way.

Speaking of Tim... we just changed the color of his Gheenoe

I guess it was Green originally... now its Blueish... faded by the sun it changed color. When we took off the logo, it was interesting to see the difference the sun had on it.
