Where would you go if you could not go fishing until around 1:00 PM tomorrow. I am supposed to go with some friends but I do not get out of my law school entrance exam until around 1. Any of the tailwaters going to be wadeable?

That's about when the water will start to come up on the Clinch. They are turning the generator on at 10 with 1 going, so it will take about 3 hours for the water to hit the church parking lot. I will be out there from 7a-1p today.
