Holston?

Anyone been on the Holston (the one below Cherokee Dam) lately? I think I might give it a try down by Nances Ferry or up near the dam this weekend or next. Does the river fish ok in the fall? Are small nymphs such as BHPT's the way to go or might something be hatching?

Thanks for any thoughts. If anyone out there is thinking of heading that way, let me know. Of course, a typo-ridden report will be filed per usual if I make it out there!

It's still warm, 72' about 4-5 miles below the dam. I would think it would be better close to the dam.
