I fished Miller's Island after the water drained down from this morning's generation. It was a little chilly when the wind blew, but overall it was a nice day. I saw some fish, had several bites, but only caught 3; all on a zebra. They were all on the small side with the biggest topping out at about 8".

I'm looking forward to the weather warming up and hopefully some better fishing. But it was great to get out there today after being in all winter.

Was that you at Miller's Island at about 1:00 yesterday? If so, I apologize for not introducing myself.

I fished the left side of the island yesterday and did pretty well. The first fish was a little over 12". I caught four more that were just shy of that mark. Definately the best day I've had on that river in a while.
