what about dvd's,movies, etc what do you think are the best--I like Joe Humphries dvd's on nymph fishing and casting in a lot of cover--I really liked "anatomy of a stream" made by scientific anglers many years ago--I find hollywood's entries too contrived--of course I'm talking about "a river runs through it"which is a good movie about life's losses, the fishing scenes, which are good, seem unreal to me,or not realistic enough,to express a stream's presence, the aesthetic world of tackle, trout, the catch ,mountain morning's,afternoons, evening's,dusk's,when things seem just right.I do not think these times can be caught on film.

I really liked a couple of DVD's by Gary Lafontaine---Can't remember titles but they had humor and were definetly worth a watch---Wonder what happened to Chester( a really good dog)since G.L.'s death?
