i hope this gets me thru most of the week , being new to fly fishing i am sure the trees will love me
Youv'e got more than enough. Don't fall victim to the fly hysteria. Learn and fish with the basic ones and you will realize that most fly's are not needed. I rather have half a dozen different pattern in all sizes than five dozen in one size.
Sounds like you're pretty well stocked.
Let me know where you've been fishing. I need some new flies and I"m not too proud to climb a tree after a prime specimine.
Let us know how you did. I'm going to be there the week of 3/23 and am getting very exicted about the prospects of seeing some hatches and catching some fish.
I think i got the 7 most popular patterns in a variety of sizes. I've read on these posts that size is more popular than pattern. & no drag. I hope i did'nt over do it, but i hate it when you slaying them on a specific lure & then you catch a tree, then are have to go to something else cause it was the only one you had. That is usually my luck lol
thanks for all the advise
