Japan?
 

Any one ever fished any mountain streams in Japan? I'm looking for a good yaname stream. All the pictures I can find make their streams look like paradise. Is access difficult?

I understand that licensure is by several Co-ops, not the state, and potentially many different co-op control different sections of each stream. Is this still true? If so, how hard is it to get licensure from the Coops in good sections? How expensive?
