Dryer Lint??
Has anyone used dryer lint to tye with? I kept a great looking tanish color that could be used for nymphs or craws.
|
Yes, I use it. I have a black pug and he is kind enough to leave me endless amounts of black dubbing....

This thread is awesome

Westie Dubb®
The West Highland White Terrorist (as seen in avatar) provides a consistent, weekly supply of dubbing material. The undercoat is great...thinking about dying some...but the wife won't let me near her with the Kool Aid:cool::p

after you wash it out; throw it in a small blender or grinder.

I tie a fly from the lint I save out of my belly button. I add a few guard hairs from my beard trimmings and dub it onto the thread with a little ear wax. I call it the natural:biggrin:

guard hairs added........
i am part bigfoot, there is no need to add hairs. my lint is 90% hairs. |
