Sounds scrumptious, although a look-see didn't bring me any mention of cracklin' cornbread or backbones-and-ribs, two dishes from my boyhood which were part and parcel of the pork experience. Jim Casada

The article mentioned Allan Benton of Benton Country Hams. I know him. He likes to cast a fly. Great guy. Good business man. If I ever finally shoot a wild boar, I'm calling Allan for advice right then.

Oh man!!! I can't believe I didn't hear about this either. I am hoping to smoke some of my own bacon this summer. Now to try out some of the recipes for the lasagna is in order. If only I could find a taste tester...
