I believe it contains the elusive "troutfest bean recipe". ;)

BTW, Paula, congrats on your food awards!

I can't get past the apple/bacon coffee cake!! Dang that's a fat mans dream right there bacon and cake!

LRO needs to add cooking classes to go along with fly tying and fly casting. I know where I would be

Thanks, Cody...I need all the followers I can get! :)

bhrt, that tomato pie is to. die. for, if I do say so myself.

Rodonthefly, I was just telling Byron tonight about some plans I have for marketing some stuff under The Saucy Southerner brand and he suggested setting up part of our shop as a commercial kitchen for me to do it in.

Thanks, you guys. Really. I was just tickled pink with the ribbons.

Paula,

Wow! I haven't checked out the blog in a while, and I just had to show the wife some of your recent entries. All those dishes look great.

I actually just finished eating my wife's version of Ricotta and deer sausage stuffed shells.

Gonna have to request that she cook the apple maple bacon coffee cake. Congrats on the award.

I have been meaning to ask Byron when we are invited over for dinner.

Byron is lucky, in so many ways:biggrin: The best thing my wife makes for dinner is reservations:biggrin:

Thanks again, guys! I'm writing a new post, as I type here.

I appreciate your kind words, so much! Oh, yeah...so, if you're on the book of face (facebook) you can "like" me at The Saucy Southerner and my blog posts will update to your newsfeed. ;)

Matt, I have one coming up this morning. And I hope to be able to have one post every week day...but sometimes, well...photos aren't up to snuff, or the meal needs tweaking. But, that's the goal.

Never hurts to pimp the site, though!

Thanks for following. Hope I don't disappoint!
