It is a sauger not a walleye, white edge on the tailfin and saddles are the key characteristics that set it apart from a walleye.

That is an excellent diversity of fish for one day. I would like to add some of those to my bucket list one day. I still need to schedule a trip with you for the Watauga. I am thinking maybe next May when my friend from Romania comes in to fish... |

nice little walleye you got there.He would look even better laying beside some hushpuppies spots on dorsal fin=sauger white tipped tail fin= walleye there is also some saugeye in some rivers not sure about the pigeon |
