JW Outfitters Flats pack
 

I bought a JW Outfitters Flats Pack from a guy on ebay. When I received it I discovered that the tippet spool panel from the compartment between the zipper compartment and the waistbelt was missing. The guy who sold me the pack has a bunch of gear, and he's not quite sure what he's looking for.
