Little River Clean-up this Saturday 4-14
 

Just a reminder that the Little River Clean-up is this Saturday. We will meet at Metcalf Bottoms picnic area at 9:00 am and scour the banks and roads from the "Y" to Elkmont. We are typically done around 11:30 and afterwards you will be treated to a lunch of grilled hamburgers and hot dogs with all the fixins and possibly peach cobbler for desert. :smile:
We usually team up and go fishing after lunch.

The Turner Trash Team covered the part of the roads and stream at the Metcalf Bottoms picnic area and Wear Gap Rd up to the park entrance. Had a great time! Good turnout. Real good burgers, dogs, brats, beans and cobbler.

Grandson Sam getting tips for his dad on presenting a yellow stimulator on Meigs Creek. The young man did well considering this was his first time using a fly rod. His big brother Rusty is in the background observing aquatic invertebrate awaiting his turn.
