Joe Humphreys?

I am finally going to make it up to TroutFest this year and was wondering if Joe Humphreys is going to be there? I have always wanted to meet him as he has been one of the proponents of small stream fishing that we enjoy here in the Appalachians.

I was told that he will not be attending this year. Real shame...he is a great guy and really fun to talk to.
