Smallmouth on Upper Clinch and Powell Rivers
 

I am new to the area and I was just wondering if anybody had any information on smallmouth flishing in either the upper Clinch or the Powell rivers (above Norris lake ). I have heard that both rivers are good areas to catch smallmouth on a fly rod but I have never done it. Any help on locations to start at would be appreciated. I dont have a boat so I will be mostly wade fishing.
