Where to start, Clinch Fishing?

Reading about it here and watching videos has me wanting to try the Clinch. I live east near Morristown.
1. Can someone tell me a place to go to wade? Coordinates, land mark, or directions to a spot would be great!
2. Would I still use a dry fly and dropper like GSMNP or just nymph/midges?

Thanks for any suggestions!

1. Millers Island ramp to the dam is all public access, and the Baptist Church upstream from Hwy 61 Bridge

2. Use a small nymph under an indicator, the dry dropper stuff is for dumb park fish ;) most of park flies won't work on the Clinch. The food is entirely different and the fish much pickier

Do you move around heading upstream, or stay in one spot as the fish travel more than GSMNP.
