Quasimodo Phesant Tail

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone can guide me on how to tie the Quasimodo Phesant Tail Nymph? Or annother popular and effective nymph with some "flash-bang"

sagerod, tie a BHPT as you normally would with the exception of using a curved hook such as a 2488 or 2487 and add some sort of flash in the wing case (i.e. holographic tinsel). Hope this helps.
