Best floating tip in flylines?
 

I fish primarily the small streams in North Ga., NC, and TN and thus use a floating flyline almost exclusively. Most lines over the years start to "wear out" as the tip section begins to not float well. 1) Recommend line with best floating/longest lasting tip and 2) what, if anything, can I do to maintain the floatation on a new line or restore an used one's floatation?

Take a look at the Tackle and Gear section for tips I received to fix the problem with the tip of the fly line sinking. Hope it helps.
