Speaking of maintained,,,,TWRA just purchased land off big springs rd to build some sort of access to the water...Its in that sharp curve at the end of Big springs if your going up river...

Ive got a buddy that fished it a few days ago and caught 53 during a sulfer hatch...He carries a pitch counter with him!

Soho is better!

Well I had some time today for some much needed Soho fishing....I had just over 2 hours to fish and I wasnt let down...I landed 10 on zebra midges and another 6 on sulfers...With my best ever rainbow...

Got out on the water for a bit today on my buddy jet boat,,,had a blast and caught around 10 smallies one being decent size....All but one came on a wiggle minnow and one decent one on a clouser......

Shaggy if your asking me about the Little river Ive seen good size smallies as far up as the Meadow campgrounds off Wears Valley rd...But smaller smallies as far us as the Y.

Well got some more river time today. Fished a couple new spots as I think my regular spot is getting fished out.. Started off slow and then ended up with 2 pretty nice ones...both came on the ever...

Picked it up, the guy said they where hitting them pretty good,,,I was a little skeptical, because id never even thrown one and wasnt real sure how to use one. My first cast was in a real shallow...

Well the only reason I say hardly fished is because I didnt see any footprints anywhere...And this spot was kinda hidden off the beaten path...But it is in a very popular area...Never seen anyone...

I wear clear safety glasses when the light is not bright enough to wear sunglasses....Smith makes a pair of almost clear polarized ones.....
