I've had decent luck over there with a floating line with murdich minnows and stealth bombers in white or black. I found mixing up the way I strip it in helps a ton. Sometimes letting it sit longer...

That's awesome! The first thing I ever caught in the park on a fly rod was a crayfish. I think I caught mine on a black woolly bugger.
