I voted yes but.....

I voted yes in this poll, however, I don't think TWRA has done enough. There needs to be a law against culling. In my last 3 trips to the Clinch, I have seen several dead fish culled off stingers...

Just did a little reading. All the regs say is that if you are "fishing for trout" you must have a trout stamp. No stamp would fly pretty much anywhere you could convince an officer there were other...

Hmmmm. Interesting chart. It appears that either TVA thinks that there are plenty of big fish in the river (14" and over) or they are setting low goals so that they can report that they are doing...
