Not necessarily. I fished it earlier this fall and it was real good. I just had to use really small flies on 7x. Fun fights. Just find deeper slow areas. You can usually see the fish.

I was pretty amazed that they would hit the dry in the heavy rain, too. Unlike the really slow rises when the sun was out, they were vicious attacks on the dries! It reminded me of Luke Bryan's song...
