what happend with sulfur hatch???

basically i consider it never happened....very light and over by early to mid may.past years where much better.
Also in completely different topic from 61 bridge down river is behaving like it does...

Just got off the river .slow day , no sulfurs and although i had no thermometer, the water felt very warm. fished the church area.I'm concerned if they keep this generation the ecosystem may be...

I've had the same experience as far as patterns but cdc emergers on the swing also produced well.
This is the most prolific hatch i can remember.

drift boat anchor

Lost a pyramid anchor ,couldn't free it off bottom and ended up cutting rope, below the pavillion on the clinch 2 weeks ago.Left side downstream 10 yards from bank . Land mark : there are 3 trees...

Just got back from first fly tying class from clinch river chapter of trout unlimited. Buzz bufington commented that l.r.o had donated the tying tools and materials.
