The local paper printed the story it is DH the stocking number is the yearly total. I think the new regulations take effect in Aug but I don't know all the details

Thanks Jim fishing tiny flies is new to me along with tailwater trout. I think learning new ways to catch fish on flies and different fishing techniques are what make fly fishing great!
